Christi works with clients longing for more peace, healthier relationships, and a better understanding of themselves. In working with individuals, couples, and families for over 14 years, she has seen how closely emotional well-being connects to how we relate to ourselves and the people around us. Christi is committed to a compassionate, collaborative approach where clients feel truly seen, known, and supported.
She works from a whole-person, trauma-informed lens and takes an integrative approach drawing from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), somatic practices, CBT, and mindfulness. Christi works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, grief, parenting struggles, life transitions, and complex trauma, and welcomes clients who want to explore faith as part of their journey. She has a particular passion for helping women show up more fully for themselves and those they love. Christi is licensed in Florida, Tennessee, and Missouri and offers telehealth sessions to clients in all three states.
Outside of counseling, Christi enjoys yoga, reading, spending time outdoors, and life with her family and French bulldog Winnie.
